Small businesses like yours are the heartbeat of thriving communities.
But keeping your business visible online can feel relentless — another full-time job that steals the hours you need for the work you actually love.
Hi, I’m Geraint, and I believe creatives and entrepreneurs deserve affordable, hands-on marketing and website support to level up their digital presence — building clarity, confidence, and sustainable momentum without burning out.
Burnout: The Cost of Managing Your SME's Online Alone
If you’ve been trying to compete online without a marketing department or big-brand budget, you already know how hard it can be. You’re constantly switching hats — creator, strategist, tech support — doing whatever it takes to keep your business visible.
Burnout: The Cost of Managing Your Online Alone
If you’ve been trying to compete online without a marketing department or big-brand budget, you already know how hard it can be. You’re constantly switching hats — creator, strategist, tech support — doing whatever it takes to keep your business visible.
At the start, everything felt possible. You said yes to every client — however big or small — and no matter how much learning was required.
The work flowed easily and the word spread.
Soon, you were in demand and on top of your game.
But somewhere along the line, in the excitement of new projects, things drifted off course.
You spend hours chasing tools, fixes, and half-answers online — juggling socials, firefighting tech issues, and battling your website — while your real work sits waiting. Each push feels like it should change everything, but it never quite does. Your online presence feels scattered, and your message struggles to land.
You’ve skipped dinner with your kids to finish a newsletter, missed a birthday to update your homepage, and lost another weekend to a stubborn website builder. The weight of your small-business digital grows heavier with every step, and the cracks can’t be papered over any more.
By now, you likely feel disconnected. The love you once had for your work has been drained by the demands of your digital. The noise of everything you’ve said yes to has drowned out your message and buried your focus. You tweak your offers, rewrite posts, and still nothing quite clicks. The more you try to explain it, the less confident you feel — and the more invisible your business seems to become.
“Willpower isn’t the issue. Clarity is.”
You’re not lazy or out of your depth — you’re just doing too much, with too little support. What’s missing isn’t effort. It’s clarity — the kind that turns good intentions into sustainable progress, and brings your business back in rhythm with your life.
Stop losing weekends and evenings to your small biz’s online.
With Clarity, Your Marketing & Website Start Working for You Again
It’s time for your digital to stop dictating your days — and start supporting the business you built it to serve. Clarity gives you space to think, structure to plan, and confidence to act without second-guessing every decision.
When your marketing and website fit around your business — not the other way around — everything begins to flow. Your message lands more easily. Your content feels purposeful. Your energy goes where it matters most.
You don’t need another tool, trend, or quick fix. You need traction — a way to turn what’s already working into something consistent and sustainable.
- Plan and publish consistently — without it eating your evenings.
- Sharpen your message so the right people immediately understand your value.
- Put simple systems in place that keep your marketing and website steady — even on your busiest weeks.
That’s what clarity unlocks: momentum you can maintain, and a business that fits around your life again.

A small business marketing consultant can help you simplify strategy, keep momentum, and finish projects without sacrificing delivery.
That’s why I offer three clear paths — each one designed to meet you where you are and move with you as you grow:
- Clarity Compass – Consulting to Move Projects Across the Line
For business owners with a specific goal who need short-term help to complete a marketing or website project — without losing momentum elsewhere.
→ Consulting, content strategy, and project delivery with clear direction. - Clarity Companion – 1:1 Coaching to Realign Your Business and Message
For entrepreneurs who need focused guidance to simplify strategy, clarify offers, and manage marketing sustainably.
→ Ongoing coaching, personal strategy, deep alignment. - Clarity Collective – Build Momentum with Peer Support

→ Group coaching and community rhythm that keeps your marketing and website in motion.
Whichever path fits best, you’ll move from online overwhelm to manageable marketing, steady progress, and a website that works hard for your business — not the other way around.
Clarity is the key to keeping your marketing and website simple, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.
Finding Clarity When My Business — and Life — Were at Breaking Point
Clarity Brought Me Back to the Work I Love
In 2008, I was building a consultancy I believed in, starting a family, and trying to hold everything together. The work mattered, but the hours were long, and the boundaries between work and home blurred until there weren’t any.
When I co-founded an education business creating digital GCSE resources, the pressure intensified. The platform we depended on launched late and broken, with no budget left to fix it. So I learned to build the membership site myself — from scratch. It worked, but the late nights, constant learning, and financial strain took their toll. The balance I’d promised my young family collapsed under the weight of my own ambition.
That experience pulled me deeper into digital, but also showed me how easily it can take over your life. I became my own developer, strategist, designer, and content creator — constantly learning, rarely resting.
Over time, I began helping other small-business owners — people like me who were wearing too many hats. They weren’t just creatives or consultants or founders. They were their own web developer, content creator, strategist, tech support, and social-media manager — before they even reached the work they actually loved.
Helping one of them untangle their marketing reminded me what I’d been missing: clarity. Seeing them reconnect with their purpose reignited mine. Mind Your Biz Online began as a space to learn and build. Today, it exists to help small-business owners cut through the noise, simplify their digital, and create space for the work that matters most.
With clarity, you can take control of your marketing again — and build the business and life you set out to create.
Don’t just take my word for it
